Week 1: Throwing and Posture, Glove and Footwork
Week 2: Position Work and Communication, Routines and Competitions

Weekend Camp: "Groundwork" Layout with drills, mentality, and smaller groups sizes based on age and ability.

Example Daily Schedule
9:00-10:15 strength, agility, mentality, play
10:15-10:30 whiffle ball & break
10:30-11:45 switch with older girls/ skill work (theme of the week)
11:45-12:00 kick ball/compeitions

• If you're not sure you'll be available for all dates, this could be a good option!
• Please note: Even if you miss a couple days, the FULL TERM TICKET is only $100 more than a weekend and 1 week pass combined (might be worth it to buy the full ticket!)

• Perfect if you can't make the weekly camps or are coming from out of town.

"Should I do summer camp instead of weekly lessons?”

- If you are a "regular" student of defense lessons and want to just do the summer camp for those 2 weeks, please make sure to let April know so we can open up your spot to our waitlist for that time.

"What if I have two promo codes?"

- Use the code with the higher discount!

"What if I can't make one day?"

- You will not be refunded for your payment for single days. Purchase of a ticket reserves your spot for the dates you selected. We have a no refund policy for clinics so we can fully staff and make all backend arragnements.

"If my daughter can't make it, can someone take her spot?"

- Yes! As long as the player is in the same age range, we can accomodate that change with 24 hours notice.

"Can I stay to watch?"

- Yes, we have a parent viewing area inside, but no parents will be allowed on the turf. Parking will be very limited for week-day camps. We encourage parents to drop players off or to get to The Workshop in enough time to avoid issues finding parking.

"Are shirt sizes in youth or adult sizes?"

- All shirts are adult unisex shirts. Most 8-10 year olds go with an XS.

"I'm in Defense Club, is there a discount I missed?"

- Yes, you were emailed the link to sign up early and your discount code. The code is also in our Facebook group!

"What does she need to bring?"

Glove, tennis shoes, water bottle, snack if she wants it

"How many kids will be there?"

We currently have 36 spots for the 8-10U and 24 spots available in the 12+ group. We will maintain quality by controlling our player:coach ratio. For camps, we will have at least a 6:1 ratio.
